Sorry you cannot locate your card, most of the time this means your card does not offer free insurances. However, please send us an email help@virgilassist.com and tell us the Bank name, Scheme (Amex, Visa, MasterCard etc), card colour and any other brand / names on the card, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please do not send a picture of your card, we take your card security seriously.

Compliance is fundamental to our service offering and appropriate licensing is required to support the sale of insurance products through our platform.

Each partner circumstances are unique, and an assessment of the appropriate license is required. In most cases, our partners have an AFSL licence and we facilitate the sale of third party products as an Authorised Representative of the underwriter of insurance products.

Firstly, you can simply type In all the receipt Information when prompted. Alternately, email a picture copy or pdf of the receipt to help@virgilassist.com and we will load the receipt to your account.
