We will link claims and set reminders to when products are due for their warranty to expire.
When purchases are added to the Customer Dashboard, reminder will be automatically set to contact customers ~ < 2 months out from warranty expiring. Link provided to manufacturer claims.
The same process will be set to remind customers of warranty expiring + offer to purchase EW extension.
Accidental Damage + EW – if product is purchased – all reminders will be merged to reflect relevant policy + offers to renew/extend based on business rules set with partners.
For claims – we automate the pre-population of claims admin for the customer on the data stored against their profile – ie Date, Price, Receipt (Proof of Purchase).
